Trinity Home Buyers was formed in 2018 in Aledo, Texas. Our company focuses on revitalizing neighborhoods and offering sellers an alternative solution to the typical home selling process. We purchase homes, duplexes, apartment complexes, and land in an effort to bring life back to the property for new owners or we keep the properties and offer as rental homes. We purchase properties in all conditions from dilapidated, fire damaged, to move in ready. Colt Williams grew up in the DFW metroplex and received a degree from Texas Tech in 2007. He spent over a decade climbing the ladder in the auto industry until one day a new opportunity presented itself in the construction business. Colt started out as a roofing contractor and eventually morphed into owning his own roofing, restoration, and remodeling business. Ryan and Colt sat down for lunch in 2015 to discuss working together in real estate. Over the course of the next 3 years, he started assisting Ryan with acquisitions for another group of investors. In 2018, they formed a partnership creating Trinity Home Buyers in an effort to assist people seeking alternative ways to selling their properties outside of conventional real estate transactions. Colt, his wife, and their two sons live in Willow Park, TX. His keys to life are an active relationship with God, spending every minute he can with his family, and working hard to take care of those around him.

Ryan graduated from University of North Texas and started his real estate career in 2010.  He worked with a large investment company for two years and then went on to join a traditional real estate brokerage.  In 2016 he completed his broker license and started his own real estate brokerage, Atkins & Co. In 2018 he partnered with Colt to form Trinity Home Buyers. They wanted to start an honest, trustworthy company that helped those in need of an alternative to a traditional sale of their home. Ryan lives in Aledo with his wife and three children. He is a member of Willow Park Baptist and takes an active role in the youth sports in the area.
